Application Process

  • Go to www.ManagedbyGMC.com, Residential Properties
  • Locate the unit you wish to submit an application to and select 'Apply Now'
  • All prospective tenants age 18 years and older, must apply with their own email address; $45.00 application processing fee per applicant. Application fees are non-refundable. Applications are not transferable between properties.
  • The following items will be needed in order to submit a complete application: state-issued photo identification, social security number, two current consecutive months of income verification documents
  • For the safety of all tenants, a thorough credit and background check will be completed on each applicant.

Security Deposit Process

Once an application is approved, a non-negotiable non-refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent will need to be submitted to remove the unit from the market.

Pets

If applicable and permitted at the property; restrictions on pets due apply. Ask leasing for further information.

  • Pets are reviewed during the application process
  • A non-refundable pet fee in the amount of $350.00 is due prior to lease signing; pet rent is $45.00 per pet per month
